Even though we are reaching the end of another school year, the events for the Pack are not ending. On May 8th, we will be having our final General Pack meeting of the year. This should hopefully be a fun meeting with lots of awards to be given out and lots of skits by the dens, and don’t forget about the Den Spirit Award.

Last weekend we had a successful Cake Bake Fundraiser. We raised approximately $3000, thanks to the generosity of the families of our pack families. A special thanks to Danielle Dillon who did a great job taking the lead on organizing the event and to all leaders and parents who volunteered to help run the various activities throughout the night.

The Cake Bake & Auction is Friday. I just wanted to go over some details for anyone new to this event:

There will be snacks and drinks for sale. The snacks will be cookies and popcorn. If anyone would like to bring something extra to donate to the snack table, that would be great!

Den Leaders,

The Cake Bake & Auction is scheduled for April 17, 2009 at 6:30 pm (set-up begins at 6:00 pm). Last year we held a "belt loop fair" to keep the kids occupied while the parents were bidding on the cakes. It worked great so we are going to stay with that format.
